Law Firm is currently seeking an experienced Corporate and Business Law Associate to join the team at their downtown Dayton, OH, office. This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in business transactional and corporate law.

The ideal candidate will possess superior research and writing skills, have experience in entity formation and corporate formalities, be able to work on a wide range of business law issues independently and through a team approach, have great interpersonal skills with marketing acumen, and be admitted to the Ohio Bar. Tax law, real estate, and/or mergers and acquisition experience is a plus.
