As a MattLaw Litigation Trial Attorney, you will have the opportunity to try cases and present evidence in court. You will be responsible for reviewing all aspects of a case, including pleadings, evidence, discovery, and depositions, to ensure that you are fully prepared to try the case. We are looking for someone who has at least 5 years of experience in civil litigation and has tried at least 5 civil jury trials to verdict. Board Certification as a Civil Trial Lawyer and experience with the Keenan Trial Institute, Gerry Spence Method, or the Trial Lawyers College is preferred.

In addition to trial work, motion practice and discovery will also be a key part of this position. We are seeking someone who has a strong understanding of Florida law and civil procedure, as well as excellent legal research skills. The ability to effectively collaborate with our team, including paralegals and support staff, is also essential.

To be considered for this position, you must be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing and be admitted to the . Middle District of Florida. You must also have a JD or LLB degree from an accredited law school.
