Board Certification as a Civil Trial Lawyer and experience with the Keenan Trial Institute, Gerry Spence Method, or the Trial Lawyers College is preferred. In addition to trial work, motion practice and discovery will also be a key part of this position. We are seeking someone who has a strong understanding of Florida law and civil procedure, as well as excellent legal research skills. The ability to effectively collaborate with our team, including paralegals and support staff, is also essential. To be considered for this position, you must be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing and be admitted to the . Middle District of Florida. You must also have a JD or LLB degree from an accredited law school.
