Varnum LLP is seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join the Corporate Practice Team. Our new hire will assist in a variety of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private offerings, capital restructuring, and similar transactions.

**Qualifications**

The ideal candidate will have . Expertise is required in general corporate work, contract review and drafting, and merger and acquisition transactions. Successful candidates will possess:

- Excellent academic credentials
- The ability to simultaneously juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of responsiveness
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding customer/client service skills
- Admission to the Michigan bar is preferred, but not required
