Law Firm Seeks Business Attorney for Diverse Practice and Client Contact in Lancaster, PA

As a regional law firm of over 130 attorneys, Barley Snyder has a strong reputation for excellence and a commitment to our clients. We are looking for an entrepreneurial attorney to join our Business Practice Group and help us continue to provide exceptional service and value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a diverse business practice with a focus on general business, corporate, front end loans, and mergers and acquisitions
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide timely and effective legal solutions
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic advice to clients
- Collaborate with other attorneys and practice groups to provide comprehensive services to clients

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar
- 3-5 years of experience in business law, preferably with a focus on M&A and family businesses
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Excellent academic credentials and work ethic
