As a Litigation Family Law Attorney at Cordell & Cordell, you will have the opportunity to manage a variety of family law cases from start to finish. Our firm places a strong emphasis on providing superior customer service to our clients, and you will be expected to maintain regular communication with your clients through monthly status reports and weekly case reviews. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to our practice managers, as well as track your own performance metrics using our practice quality software.

To qualify for this position, you must have a Juris Doctorate from an accredited university and have passed the Bar Exam on your first attempt. We require a minimum of 3-5 years of litigation experience, with 1st chair family law experience preferred. You must also be licensed to practice law in the state of Virginia and have the ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software.
