Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
Represent clients in court, including attending hearings, depositions, and trials.
Collaborate with partners and team members on case strategy and management.
Provide top-notch legal representation and exceptional client service.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
3-5 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably within a law firm setting.
Trial experience is a plus.
Strong legal research and writing skills, with attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage a caseload independently, while also working collaboratively with team members.
