## Job Responsibilities
As a Medical Malpractice Defense Associate, you will be responsible for managing files through the litigation process, independently and as part of a case team. You will need to conduct fact investigations, handle document productions and other discovery tasks, prepare witnesses for deposition, take and defend depositions, review, summarize and analyze medical records, assist with juror research and court hearing preparation, and trial preparation and attendance.
