Law Firm Seeking High Performing IP Litigation Associate Attorney with Life Sciences Degree

Our successful IP Litigation practice is seeking to expand our team with a mid-level associate attorney who has a life sciences degree. We offer flexible office locations in Austin, Boston, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, San Francisco, and Washington, DC.

Key Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in intellectual property matters, specifically patent and/or trade secret litigation
- Admission to a state bar is required
- Strong academic credentials in law and undergraduate coursework
- Undergraduate degree in Biology, Chemistry, Materials Science, Genetics, or Biochemistry preferred (other related degrees may be considered with significant work experience)
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and interest in taking on increased responsibility for client matters
- Outstanding research and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Sound legal and business knowledge in a broad range of cases and client counseling

Salary and Benefits:
