Experience: 3+ years of experience in personal injury and/or medical malpractice

Responsibilities:

- Conduct depositions and court appearances
- Draft various motions
- Oversee cases through the litigation process
- Work on multiple cases of varying complexity
- Travel may be required

Requirements:

- Licensed attorney
- Organized and able to handle a high-volume practice
- Passion and desire to try cases to verdict
- Spanish speaking is preferred but not required

Job Description:

The Law Firm is seeking a highly qualified Associate Attorney with experience in personal injury and/or medical malpractice. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and be licensed to practice law. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.

- Conduct depositions and court appearances on behalf of clients
- Draft various motions for cases
- Oversee cases through the litigation process
- Work on multiple cases of varying complexity
- May be required to travel for cases
