Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis about commercial litigation cases, specifically in the area of securities law.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents for court filings.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Utah State Bar, with a good standing.
• Experience practicing commercial litigation law.
• Experience or strong interest in securities litigation preferred.
• Demonstrated success in handling complex litigation matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
