The ideal candidate will have up to three years of experience in corporate health care transactions, healthcare licensing, patient care issues, and medical staff and scope of practice matters. They must have excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills. They must also be admitted to practice in Florida (or willing to relocate to Tampa and be licensed in another jurisdiction). Additionally, they must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team on client matters.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on corporate health care transactions, healthcare licensing, patient care issues, and medical staff and scope of practice matters
• Draft and review legal documents related to healthcare transactions
• Draft and review contracts, regulations, and policies related to healthcare matters
• Research and analyze healthcare laws and regulations
• Monitor changes in healthcare laws and regulations
• Provide advice to clients on healthcare compliance issues
• Represent clients in healthcare-related matters
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare clients

Qualifications:

• Up to three years of experience in healthcare-related matters
• Admission to practice in Florida (or willing to relocate to Tampa and be licensed in another jurisdiction)
