Job Title: Associate Attorney - Privacy Governance and Tech Transactions
Salary: $245,000 - $315,000 (annual)
Experience: 3-5 years

Position Overview:
- Seeking a mid-level associate to join the premier Digital Assets and Data Management Group at BakerHostetler
- Work with large, well-known companies across a variety of industries
- Focus on privacy compliance and risk reduction through policy review
- Opportunity to work on a range of privacy matters, including . state privacy law compliance, drafting privacy notices, and advising on data use initiatives
- Preferred experience with global privacy laws and health privacy laws

Qualifications:
- Law firm or in-house experience providing proactive privacy compliance advice
- Am Law 100 experience
- Strong academic record, with a . from a nationally recognized and accredited school
- Must be admitted to practice law in desired office location

Skills:
- Exceptional project management skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced workload and prioritize tasks

Salary Information:
- Expected annual salary for this position ranges from $245,000 - $315,000
- Salary offered will be based on experience level, education/training, and relevant skills
- Associates also have the opportunity to participate in a performance and hours-based bonus program
