Job Title: Staff Attorney
Experience Level: Entry-level/No prior experience required
Salary: Dependent on experience with annual increases available

The Role:

- Provide creative and zealous advocacy for vulnerable seniors and adults facing guardianship
- Champion the civil and constitutional rights of clients
- Conduct direct legal representation for vulnerable adults in court
- Conduct interviews and meetings with clients and interested parties
- Negotiate with opposing counsel
- Conduct discovery
- Represent clients in court throughout the life of the guardianship
- Protect client's interests when issues arise
- Receive thoughtful mentoring and guidance from the guardianship team
- Lead your own cases

Preferred Experience and Skills:

- Commitment to public interest law and community service

- Some litigation experience helpful, but not required
- Spanish language proficiency beneficial
- Must be a licensed attorney in good standing from any United States jurisdiction
