The candidate will analyze insurance policies, drafting coverage opinions and providing coverage advice and recommendations to clients. Conduct complex and rigorous legal research and analysis, and draft memoranda. Draft and review pleadings, memos, briefs, discovery, motions with supporting briefs and other legal correspondence. Prepare formal correspondence to opposing counsel and other parties. Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required. Should have 4-8 years of experience in complex insurance coverage litigation matters. Litigation experience is required. Federal court experience is required. Should be admitted to practice in California.
