We are currently seeking a full-time Corporate Associate Attorney to join our team and assist with all areas of corporate and commercial law.

As a Corporate Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior attorneys and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of corporate law, including commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and business planning. Our team-oriented environment will allow you to have regular client interaction and take on significant responsibility, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career.

Responsibilities:

- Assist senior attorneys in all areas of corporate and commercial law
- Prepare and negotiate disclosure schedules and other documents and agreements related to sale, acquisition, merger, and other commercial transactions
- Draft, review, and revise all forms of commercial documents including master service agreements, purchase order terms, supply agreements, and distributor agreements
- Counsel clients on new entity formation, including drafting, reviewing, and revising formation documents, employment agreements, and owner buy-sell agreements
- Conduct legal research on corporate matters

Qualifications:

- Law licensure in Pennsylvania at a minimum
- 2-5 years of relevant practice experience in general corporate law, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and business planning
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
