The Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing a high-volume caseload of complex litigation cases and providing legal representation to their insurance carrier clients. This position offers hybrid and fully remote options.

The ideal candidate will have a foundation in defending clients in a variety of litigation matters, including but not limited to personal injury, medical malpractice, and insurance defense. It is a plus if the candidate is barred in both New York and New Jersey.

Job Responsibilities of an Associate Attorney:

Manage a high-volume caseload of complex litigation cases
Represent insurance carrier clients
Develop litigation strategy and provide excellent service to our clients
Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
Prepare and draft legal documents
Negotiate settlements
Attend court and other legal proceedings

Qualifications of an Associate Attorney:

. degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in New York
Admitted or eligible to practice in New Jersey
Experience in defending clients in a variety of litigation matters
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
