Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Partners and Associates on various projects related to technology, life sciences, digital innovation, and commercial arrangements in a diverse range of industries
- Provide support on technology and IP aspects of corporate transactions
- Draft agreements and provide advice to clients
- Interact directly with clients and members of the Firm
- Mentor junior lawyers on the team

Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in IP and technology transactions
- Strong background and experience in technology and/or life sciences transactions
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong commitment to client service

Preferred Locations:
- New York
- Silicon Valley

Salary Information:
- Pay scale: $225,000 - $435,000
- Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
