## Job Description
Goodwin Law Firm is seeking a highly qualified mid-level associate with 3-6 years of experience in the Life Sciences group. The ideal candidate should have experience in intellectual property licensing, technology transfer, IP support, and other technology transactions. This includes:

* Drafting and negotiating intellectual property licenses (including patent and trademark licenses)
* Joint development, collaboration, and other strategic alliance agreements
* Technology licenses and services agreements (including software as a service agreements)
* Distribution agreements
* Performing intellectual property and technology transaction due diligence for corporate transactions and technology transfers

## Qualifications
Applicants should have:

* Outstanding academic credentials
* Comparable law firm experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
