A law firm in Morrisville is seeking a Mid-Level Healthcare/FDA Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience in health law. The ideal candidate will be experienced in regulatory, operational, and transactional issues within the healthcare sector. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior attorneys, receiving mentorship while taking on increasing responsibility and client contact.
  • Provide legal counsel on a wide range of healthcare and FDA-related issues, including regulatory compliance, operational matters, and transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to healthcare and FDA matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on healthcare regulations, policies, and industry trends.
  • Represent clients in regulatory matters and assist with navigating complex healthcare laws and FDA regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement legal strategies and solutions.
  • Manage and handle healthcare-related litigation and compliance issues as they arise.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services with a focus on client satisfaction and excellence.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in health law, with a strong background in regulatory, operational, and transactional issues.
  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to high-quality client service and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the State Bar where the firm is located, or eligibility to obtain membership.

  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
