Responsibilities:

- Bill 1550 hours annually towards client matters
- Manage family law cases within the firm's policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering clear and comprehensive legal advice
- Develop strategies for clients' cases and take full ownership of their success
- Prepare and draft legal documents, perform detailed legal research, and present persuasive arguments in court
- Lead negotiations and mediations on behalf of clients
- Collaborate effectively with team members to address clients' needs
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions and legal proceedings
- Stay updated on family law statutes and precedents

Qualifications:

- Licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland, DC and/or the Commonwealth of Virginia preferred
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet billable targets
- Commitment to continuing legal education
- Strong understanding of case strategy and ability to find relevant rules and case law
- Comfortable in a courtroom and able to project confidence and competence
- Skilled at managing client expectations and setting realistic goals
- Personality, character, intelligence, and integrity are highly valued
- Able to work with a busy CEO and appreciate streamlined policies and procedures
- Comfortable with technology and its role in improving client services and team collaboration
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is a plus

Compensation: $90,000 - $145,000 yearly based on experience
