# Attorney – Medical Malpractice

Telan, Meltz, Wallace & Eide, ., a well-established defense law firm located in Central Florida, is looking to hire an experienced attorney for their medical malpractice practice. This position offers a great work environment, competitive pay, and benefits package.

## Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position must have:

* A strong work ethic, meticulous organizational skills, and the ability to take on significant responsibility
* Knowledge of Florida's Rules of Civil Procedure
* Excellent writing and analytical skills
* The ability to work in a team-oriented environment
* Good standing with the Florida Bar

Candidates with civil litigation experience or other practice areas will also be considered.

## Responsibilities

The healthcare law group provides legal services to hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers in traditional medical malpractice claims for negligence, personal injury or wrongful death. The attorney will also be responsible for providing counseling and legal services on administrative, regulatory and other healthcare-related legal and compliance issues.
