Junior Litigation Associate (San Juan):

- DLA Piper, a leading law firm, is seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish) associate to join its Litigation Group in the White Collar, Investigations, and Government Enforcement practice.
- The candidate must have a . and be barred in Puerto Rico.
- 2+ years of experience in complex litigation, investigations, and government enforcement actions preferred.
- Background in finance or accounting is a plus.
- Strong analytical abilities, excellent writing skills, and the requisite academic credentials are required.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Multi-tasking and prioritization skills are also necessary.
- Hybrid work environment with some in-office and remote expectations.
- Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities:

- Effectively communicate with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties both verbally and in writing.
- Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide high-quality work product and meet deadlines and expectations.
- Foster positive work relationships and comply with firm policies.
- Engage in both physical and sedentary activities as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- . degree and Puerto Rico Bar License.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
