## Job Description

The Patent Attorney will be based in either Roseland, NJ, Centerville, UT, or Palo Alto, CA, and will have two to five years of solid experience as a Patent Attorney (additional experience as a Patent Agent is a plus).

The ideal candidate will have significant experience preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications for software including operating systems, middleware software, directory servers, network management, virtualization and cloud computing.

## Qualifications

* Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
* Work experience as a software developer
* Excellent academic credentials
* Registered to practice before the USPTO
