The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in litigation with financial institutions, such as banks, credit card issuers, loan servicers, and automobile lenders, at both the trial and appellate levels. This position will require familiarity with laws such as the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, Fair Credit Report Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Tele,000, depending on experience.
