The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of labor and employment defense experience, with a strong background in employment counseling and litigation. The role of the Labor and Employment Associate will involve working on a variety of labor and employment law matters, including counseling employers on legal issues, conducting investigations, and managing litigation. This is a full-time position, with the option for remote work. However, the Associate may be required to occasionally work in the office and attend teambuilding events. The Law Firm offers a flexible office location, with a preference for Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, or West Palm Beach. The salary and benefits package is competitive and will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
