Responsibilities:

- Appear before various Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) venues throughout California.
- Utilize knowledge of Workers' Compensation Disability Rating Scale to effectively defend cases.

Qualifications:
- 1-7 years of experience defending Workers' Compensation claims.
- Admission to the California Bar.
- Experience with the Workers' Compensation Disability Rating Scale preferred but not required.
