Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement policies and processes for managing enterprise risk in areas of expertise.
- Conduct risk and program assessments across the global enterprise and implement new processes and procedures to address compliance gaps.
- Train, supervise, and provide guidance to the Global Anti-Corruption Compliance team and Business Unit compliance teams.
- Develop and deliver training on various compliance topics, with a focus on anti-corruption and third-party due diligence.
- Lead the Global Anti-Corruption Compliance Working Group and provide updates on enforcement trends and best practices.
- Coordinate and supervise due diligence for third-party intermediaries and review and negotiate agreements.
- Conduct anti-corruption due diligence for M&A transactions and integrate acquired businesses into the Ethics & Compliance Program.
- Assist businesses in addressing corrective actions in response to internal audit findings.
- Provide guidance to corporate offices worldwide on matters such as gifts, entertainment, and hospitality.
- Review and approve requests for gifts, hospitality, travel, and sponsorships in accordance with company policy.
- Investigate suspected policy violations and perform root cause analyses and training.
- Manage compliance vendors and supervise outside counsel.
- Develop proficiency in all compliance software platforms.
- Seek continuous improvement opportunities.
- Protect and maintain the privacy of employee and third-party intermediary records.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Law degree from an accredited institution.
- Admission in good standing to a State bar.
- Corporate or law firm experience as an attorney in a compliance function with an anti-corruption focus preferred.
