Brock & Scott, PLLC is a full service law firm with offices across nineteen states, specializing in serving the financial sector. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Attorney to join our team in Portland, Maine. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling foreclosure matters for our clients, utilizing your legal knowledge and experience to facilitate the process.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and approve foreclosure related pleadings.
Manage all aspects of foreclosure matters, including contested cases.
Participate in mediations, depositions, and hearings.
Meet regularly with clients and provide updates on cases.
Review chains of title for accuracy.
Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Juris Doctorate degree.
Member in good standing of the Maine Bar Association.
Ability to handle and prioritize a large caseload.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional client service skills.
Proactive problem solver.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Excellent time management skills.
