A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team in Tulsa, OK. The position requires experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting remote client consultations, and performing legal research. Candidates should have a . and be licensed to practice law in Oklahoma, with a preference for those with prior experience in family law, consumer issues, real estate, and/or trusts and estates. The role offers flexibility, with the ability to work remotely during standard business hours. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and other related materials.
  • Conduct legal research to support client matters and case strategies.
  • Provide remote client consultations, offering legal advice and guidance on relevant legal issues.
  • Prepare case strategies and provide legal representation in a variety of legal matters.
  • Work collaboratively with other attorneys and legal staff on cases.
  • Manage case files and ensure timely compliance with deadlines and legal procedures.
  • Stay current on developments in relevant areas of law, particularly family law, consumer law, real estate, and trusts and estates.
  • Handle client communications and maintain professional relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Oklahoma.
  • 2 years of legal experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in family law, consumer law, real estate, and/or trusts and estates is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely during standard business hours.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Oklahoma.

Skills:

  • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing client relationships and providing legal counsel remotely.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
