This position is available in multiple offices, including Chicago, Madison, Milwaukee, Waukesha, Denver, Raleigh, and Salt Lake City. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of patent drafting and prosecution experience, with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering. Experience with video processing and codecs, as well as virtual/augmented reality and AI, is a plus. - Draft and prosecute patents
- Manage patent portfolios
- Conduct patent analysis and opinions of counsel
- Participate in IPRs

- Manage confidential information and sensitive situations with discretion
