Seattle office of our client seeks a labor and employment attorney with 1 year of experience. The candidate must have significant experience in the practice area of Management Labor and Employment Law for businesses of all stages and sizes in a national or localized practice, L&E team provides advice and litigation services regarding all issues in the workplace, including, employee relations, HR Management, related policy development, and implementation, staff and management training, employment agreements, and state and federal law compliance and litigation in labor and employment. Well-rounded experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Title VII, ADA, DOL, OWPA, OSHA, Wage and Hour, ERISA, FCRA, FMLA, OFCCP, WARN Act, cannabis-related employment issues, leave issues, business planning, policy drafting, workers' compensation, immigration, regulatory compliance, auditing, traditional labor and litigation, and advice in these areas is a plus, however, specialists in separate areas of labor and employment law are also welcome. Must be admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction where they reside and their license must be active and in good standing. Must have a portable book of business with the ability to support other's clients.
