Summary:

Kanner & Pintaluga, a successful and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, is currently seeking a highly motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join their team in Houston, TX. The firm is looking for a compassionate and empathetic attorney who can earn the trust and respect of their clients and deliver excellent results. The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of litigation experience and be a member of the Texas Bar in good standing.

Responsibilities:

- Meet with clients to discuss their case and provide updates on its status
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and offers
- Demonstrate superb negotiation skills
- Have a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Work as part of a team

Requirements:

- 2 or more years of litigation experience
- 1st chair trial experience is a plus
- Member of the Texas Bar and in good standing
- Experience in evaluating claims
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented mindset
