# Associate Attorney—Buffalo, Rochester, and Syracuse

Wesley Clark & Peshkin is a law firm based in New York State with a focus on divorce, family law, and estate planning. The firm is looking to add Associate Attorneys to its team in its offices in Buffalo, Rochester, and Syracuse, NY.

## Responsibilities

The Associate Attorney will be responsible for:

- Independently managing cases from inception to final disposition
- Consulting with prospective clients
- Acting as an ambassador for the firm and cultivating relationships with legal professionals in the region

## Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

- A growth-minded, self-starter attitude
- At least two years of experience in divorce and family law
- Trial experience
- Excellent writing skills, bedside manner, and courtroom presence
