Husch Blackwell LLP, a national law firm, is seeking an Energy Regulatory Associate with three to five years of experience for their Austin, Dallas, or Houston offices. The ideal candidate should have experience handling regulatory and compliance matters before the Texas Public Utility Commission and other state energy regulatory commissions, as well as matters before or involving the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) or other ISO/RTOs or organized power markets. The candidate should also have experience with advocacy before state utility commissions or power transactions. This position will primarily work with attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources business unit. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, superior interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and articulate legal strategies.
