Law Firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join its Real Estate Department. The ideal candidate must have at least eight years of real estate experience, including: • Negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements and commercial leases; • Title and survey review and analysis; • Review and negotiation of commercial loan documents; • Title insurance issuance; and • Familiarity with entity documents, authority, and resolutions. A portable book of business is preferred but not required. Candidates must be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing. The successful candidate must be well-organized, efficient and possess a strong work ethic. They must have excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to organize, prioritize and manage deadlines. It is essential that they have a responsive and service-oriented attitude, and display sound and practical business judgment.
