Amundsen Davis is seeking a skilled and experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join our Management-Side team in either our Chicago or St. Charles, IL office. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and employee benefits issues
- Represent clients in administrative proceedings before agencies such as the EEOC, NLRB, and DOL
- Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and representing clients in federal and state courts
- Prepare Motions for Summary Judgment specific to employment litigation
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis and recommendations to clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional client service

Qualifications:

- 10 or more years of substantial employment litigation experience
- Experience with labor law is a plus, but not required
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service
