The candidate will represent clients in various transactional matters, including wills and estates, asset protection, business plans, incorporations & LLCs, non-profit 501(3), and intellectual property litigation. Manage a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met and providing regular updates to clients. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Engage in negotiation and mediation efforts to resolve disputes amicably. Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless case management. Participate in business development initiatives, including networking events and client meetings. Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals. Experience in business development and networking activities is a plus. Must be an active member in good standing with a State Bar association.
