Law Firm Seeking Experienced Civil Litigation Attorney in Montana

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a full-service Am Law 100 firm, is currently seeking an experienced civil litigation attorney for our Montana office. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a minimum of five years of experience in complex products liability cases, including asbestos, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and motor vehicle litigation. Our firm has a strong national and local presence, with offices in all 50 states, and we offer a variety of flexible options for our attorneys.

Responsibilities:

- Handle a case from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Respond to discovery requests
- Draft motions and participate in motion practice
- Represent clients in court appearances
- Take and defend depositions
- Participate in mediation practice

Requirements:

- Must be licensed to practice in Montana
- Minimum of five years of experience in civil litigation
- Strong academic background
- Excellent writing, analysis, and research skills
- Commitment to providing superior client service
