The successful candidate will have a minimum of two to four years of experience in a litigation practice focused in Connecticut, with a preference for experience in construction litigation or engineering. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and oral communication skills, an excellent academic record, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. They must also have the ability to assume significant responsibility and hands-on experience in a collaborative, sophisticated and team-oriented work environment.
