Law Firm Seeks Legal Assistant/Immigration Paralegal, Bilingual (Spanish)

Position Requirements:
- Superior analytic and communication skills
- Client-focused mindset
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Adept at case management and client relations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Minimum two years' law office experience required
- Prior experience in immigration matters preferred
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English

Position Responsibilities:
- Preparing immigration applications and court motions
- Drafting pleadings and exhibits for attorney review
- Communicating with clients and conducting interviews
- Developing supporting documentation and evidence for applications and removal cases
- Preparing applicant and witness statements
- Assisting with light office duties as needed

Terms, Compensation, and Benefits:
- Full-time, non-exempt position
- Excellent compensation between $17 to $35/hour (DOE)
- Benefits including health, dental, and disability insurance
- Paid time off
- 401(k) and profit sharing plans
