Middleton & Middleton is seeking a highly-motivated Associate Attorney to join our team in Bryan/College Station, Texas. Our firm specializes in estate planning and trust and probate administration matters, as well as tax matters, guardianships, and commercial and real estate transactions. We are looking for an attorney with 0-10 years of experience who is eager to learn and excel in the practice of law.

As an Associate Attorney at Middleton & Middleton, you will have the opportunity to work with our senior partners who are Board Certified in Estate Planning & Probate Law. They have built a strong reputation in the community for providing specialized and quality legal representation. You will also have hands-on experience and immediate exposure to all types of estate planning and administration matters, including working with high net worth families, administering complicated estates, and addressing tax issues.

To be considered for this position, you must have a . from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to practice law in Texas. Board Certification in Estate Planning & Probate Law is preferred, but not required. We are looking for someone with excellent legal research and writing skills, as well as an entrepreneurial attitude and strong organizational skills to manage an active case load. Relevant coursework or work experience in our focus areas is also required.
