Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload with file responsibility for various family law cases.
• Represent clients at court hearings and proceedings.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including judicial counsel forms.
• Utilize practice management software for efficient case management.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on family law issues.
• Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases.
• Maintain professionalism and excellent client communication throughout cases.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience practicing family law, focusing on the specified areas.
• Strong understanding of California family law statutes and procedures.
• Proven ability to handle a diverse caseload independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with electronic filing systems and practice management software.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification or specialization in family law.
