• Handle complex family law litigation matters, including divorce, custody, equitable distribution, and support.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.
• Develop and implement effective case strategies.
• Provide legal counsel to clients and advocate for their interests in family law matters.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team while enjoying a high level of autonomy.
• Manage and prioritize multiple cases efficiently.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in family law litigation.
• Strong understanding of family law, including divorce, custody, and equitable distribution.
• Proven track record of successfully handling complex cases.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Commitment to providing excellent client service and achieving favorable outcomes.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to practice law in Virginia.

Skills:
