Position: Experienced Workers Compensation Attorney

- Location: Brunswick, GA
- Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
- Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

- Manage a heavy case load, handling all aspects of the case from inception to preparing the file for demands.
- Open new files and maintain regular contact with clients.
- Fully investigate each case, gathering and analyzing intake information and relevant documents.
- Verify insurance coverage and liability issues, and maintain contact with insurance company.
- Manage client's medical care and communicate with medical providers.
- Continuously monitor case status and review medical records.
- Organize and maintain case files, preparing them for submission to demand writers.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in Workers Compensation law.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with clients, field associates, and vendors.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
