Duties:
- Prepare and prosecute patent applications related to biotechnology and life sciences.
- Conduct thorough patentability assessments and provide strategic opinions on intellectual property matters.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and effectively communicate complex scientific and legal concepts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes impacting biotechnology patents.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the intellectual property field, specifically in patent application preparation and prosecution.
- Strong analytical and writing skills, complemented by superior academic credentials.
- A technical background in biology, genetics, cell biology, microbiology, molecular biology, or a related discipline.
- Registration to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office for at least three years is mandatory.
- An advanced technical degree is desirable but not required.
Education:
