Gibbons ., a distinguished law firm headquartered in Newark, New Jersey, with additional offices in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Washington, DC, and Florida, is seeking a motivated, forward-thinking Environmental Attorney to join its practice.

We are looking for a senior associate, counsel, or junior partner with 6-10 years of experience in environmental law, including regulatory/compliance and/or litigation, as well as ISRA, site remediation, and due diligence experience.

Candidates must be licensed in both New Jersey and New York, and the position will be based in the firm’s Newark office with the opportunity to split time with the firm’s New York office.

Salary and Benefits

This opportunity offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a sign-on bonus and performance-based incentives. Those with a portable business and/or the ability to generate new business will be highly considered.

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of experience in environmental law with respect to regulatory/compliance and/or litigation, as well as ISRA, site remediation, and due diligence experience

• Portable business and/or the ability to generate new business is a plus
• Ability to work from the firm’s Newark office, with the opportunity to split time with the firm’s New York office
