As an Associate at the law firm of Hall Booth Smith, . in Paramus, NJ, you will have the opportunity to join a team of experienced attorneys and work in a fast-paced and challenging environment. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 3-4 years of experience, including a judicial clerkship, and be an active member in good standing of the New Jersey Bar. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $120k+ depending on experience, plus benefits.

As an Associate at Hall Booth Smith, ., you will have the opportunity to work on cases in the Medical Malpractice group, specifically taking the lead on plaintiff depositions and the depositions of less significant expert witnesses. This may include economic experts, life care planners, and examining physicians. This role requires someone with strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently.

To be considered for this position, you must have a JD or better in Law and be licensed to practice law in the state of New Jersey. The ideal candidate will also have experience in a judicial clerkship, although this is not required. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to providing excellent client service, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to developing and growing in their legal practice.
