Duties

  • Draft correspondence, briefs, and motions for litigation matters.
  • Handle fact discovery and assist with deposition and trial preparation.
  • Work on consumer litigation, including class action defense and unfair competition matters.
  • Participate in international disputes, including cross-border arbitration and related domestic litigation.
  • Collaborate with lawyers from various practice groups such as investigations, white-collar defense, and general commercial litigation.
  • Manage multiple overlapping projects and deadlines effectively.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial or consumer litigation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Track record of academic and professional excellence.
  • Excellent project management, research, analysis, and writing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently while managing competing deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the California Bar, active and in good standing.

  • Strong legal writing and research skills.
  • Proven ability to draft and prepare litigation documents such as motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
