In this role, you will be responsible for handling high exposure litigation cases from inception to trial, under the supervision of a partner. You will also have the opportunity to conduct depositions, attend hearings, and argue motions, as well as interview witnesses, expert depositions, and negotiate with opposing counsel. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in casualty, premises or product liability, or complex litigation. To be successful in this role, you must have strong academic credentials, excellent research and writing abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. You must also be licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
