Law Firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Associate to join its Insurance practice group in its Tampa, FL office. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of third-party insurance coverage experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on insurance coverage disputes.
• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and motions.
• Analyze complex facts and issues in order to identify applicable legal theories and strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other legal professionals.
• Negotiate settlements and other agreements.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
